Following the grant from National Lottery Community Fund, Academi Berfformio Glannau Conwy is going from strength to strength. The Academi Berfformio gives the opportunity for children and young people to develop their performing skills and under the guidance of professional actors and performers.
We had a very successful term before the summer as we had children and young people from across Conwy county joining the Academi. To celebrate end of term we held a presentation evening and friends and family came to see a recording of their performance.
The Academi will be re-starting in September for Autumn term on the following Tuesday evenings: 16th, 23rd, 30th of September and 7th, 14th, 21st of October, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th of November and 2nd and 9th of December. The sessions will be held at Yr Hen Ysgol, Abergele, LL22 7BP with primary age children between 4:30pm – 6:15pm and secondary age between 6:30 – 7:45pm.
Sessions cost £5 or you can pay for all sessions at the start of the Autumn term for £55.
